  1. Make sure your device is fully charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
  2. Swipe down from Notification bar, then tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to and tap System, then System updates. 
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the update.
  5. Tap Restart Now after the software installs to automatically restart your device.


Verify software update

  1. Swipe down from Notification bar, then tap Settings.
  2. Scroll to and tap System, then About phone.
  3. Scroll down to view the Android version, Baseband version, and Build number.
  4. If the Baseband version and Build number don't match the current update, perform additional updates until they do.
