- From the Home screen, tap the Applications icon.
- Scroll to and tap Settings > AT&T software update > Check for updates.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the update.
- The device automatically restarts once the new software successfully installs.
How to verify the update
- From the Home screen, tap the Applications icon.
- Scroll to and tap Settings > About > Software information.
- The device has the latest software if the Baseband version and Build number match the current update details.
