- From the device home screen, swipe down from Notification bar and tap Settings.
- Scroll to and tap Software update.
- Tap Check for updates.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the update. The device automatically restarts once the new software successfully installs.
Verify software update
- From the device home screen, swipe down from Notification bar and tap Settings.
- Scroll to and tap About device.
- If the Android and Baseband versions don't match the current update details;Â perform additional updates until they do.

- After installing the software update, visit Troubleshoot & Resolve to fix any additional issues with your device or services.
