In this tutorial, you will learn how to:

 

• Remove back cover and battery

• Insert/remove SIM card

• Replace the battery and back cover

 

Remove back cover and battery

The battery is attached to the back cover. To remove the back cover and battery, push in both of the battery latches and pull the back cover out.

Insert/ remove SIM card

1. With the back cover and battery removed, slide the SIM tray cover downward to unlock it then lift up from the top edge.

 

Note: Power off your device before inserting or removing a SIM card.

 

 

 2. Insert the Nano-SIM card into the SIM tray with the metal contacts facing down and the notched edge in the upper left.

 

 

3. Push the SIM tray cover down and slide it upward to lock it into place. 

 

 

4. To remove, slide the SIM tray cover down to release the tray. Open the SIM tray cover and remove the SIM.

Replace the battery and back cover

Place the latches at the bottom of the battery cover in the holes at the bottom edge of the phone. Gently push on the top of the cover by the Battery latches until the cover clicks into place. The cover should be flush with the rest of the device.
