Power cycle and restart your device, as well as perform a factory, or alternate master, reset of your device.
There are multiple ways to reset your device if you are experiencing issues. Power cycling your device is the first step.

To turn the device off, press and hold the Power button until the device options appear, then press the Rotary knob to select Power Off. To turn the device back on, press and hold the Power button until the screen lights up.
Note: If you are unable to turn your device off, you can preform a hard reset by removing and re-inserting the battery.
If a power cycle does not resolve your issue, perform a device restart. Press and hold the Power button until the device options appear. Turn the Rotary knob to Restart, then press the Rotary knob to select.
1. If you are having connectivity issues, you can try resetting your network settings. Press the Rotary knob to access settings.
Note: Resetting your network settings deletes previously associated Wi-Fi networks, security passcodes, Bluetooth devices and cellular network data settings.
2. Turn the Rotary knob to System, then press the Rotary knob to select.
3. Turn the Rotary knob to Reset Opt., then press the Rotary knob to select.
4. Press the Rotary knob to select Network reset.
5. Press the Rotary knob again to confirm.
1. If a restart does not resolve your issue, you may need to perform a Factory data reset (Master reset). This will erase all data on your device and restore it to factory settings. To Factory data reset your device, press the Rotary knob to access settings.
2. Turn the Rotary knob to System, then press the Rotary knob to select.
3. Turn the Rotary knob to Reset Opt., then press the Rotary knob to select.
4. Turn the Rotary knob to All Data, then press the Rotary knob to select.
5. Press the Rotary knob again to confirm.
