In 2013, Lori Lee, senior executive vice president of AT&T’s Home Solutions organization, asked her team to renew its commitment to delivering great customer service.
Lori challenged all employees to embrace a mindset that’s summed up in six simple words: “I can help you with that.” This approach to customer service has delivered results. In surveys, customers tell us they’re happier with the service we’re providing. Customers are also more likely to refer their friends and families to AT&T — net promoter scores for AT&T U-verse customers were up nearly 25 percent in 2013.
And best of all, customers are voting with their wallets: AT&T U-verse TV was the fastest growing TV provider in the country in 2013, adding nearly 1 million net subscribers.
