Favorites, Parental Control, and My Multiview

Favorite Channels
The Favorite Channels feature of U-verse TV allows you to:

• Skip straight to an abbreviated program guide with only your selected channels
• Populate your My Multiview feature so you can view up to four favorite channels at once
• Set up to five favorites lists per receiver 

To choose your favorites, press Menu on your U-verse TV remote control, then select Favorites, and follow the prompts to set up your lists.

Set up your favorites by tuning to the channel you want to add and then pressing the Enter/Zoom button on your U-verse TV remote control. You can add or remove the channel as a favorite or view a list of your favorites.

For a more customized experience and easier navigation through the Channel Guide, follow these steps to hide channels you don't want to appear in your Guide:

1. Press Menu on your remote.
2. Using the down arrow on your remote, scroll to Options and press OK.
3. Select Channel.
4. Scroll right to Hide Channels and press OK.
5. Scroll through your list of available channels.
6. Press the OK button to uncheck (hide) or check (view) channels.
7. When you are done, select Save from the left menu, and press OK.

My Multiview
The My Multiview app allows you to add up to 55 favorite channels and view four of them at a time.

To set up My Multiview:

1. Press Menu on your remote.
2. Select Interactive > Multiviews then press OK.
3. Select the channel you want to view and press OK to bring it into the large viewport with audio. 
4. To set a recording to view later simply press Record while the channel is highlighted.

Parental Controls
Follow these steps to lock adult-only channels, set TV movie ratings, and block purchases using Parental Controls:  

1. Press Menu on your remote. 
2. Scroll down to Options and press OK.
3. Select System.
4. Scroll right to Parental Controls and press OK.
5. Select Locking Options and follow the on-screen prompts.

You can also change your PIN, if necessary.

NOTE: Parental Controls must be individually set for each receiver.
