Can’t find your Wi-Fi® network? Check the Wi-Fi LED light on your gateway. It should be green or blue (if you’re using WPS). If it’s gray, make sure you have turned on the Wi-Fi option. From a device connected by wire to your network:
Also, make sure the device isn’t on the blocked device list.
Check the 5G and 4G LED lights to make sure you have a good connection. These lights let you know your connection strength to the wireless AT&T wireless network.

If you’re still having trouble, you may want to restart your gateway. Just unplug it for 5 seconds and plug it back in.
