Manage blocked devices

Learn how to block or unblock devices from your 5G Business Gateway and Wi-Fi network.


Block devices

You can block device access to your network. From a device connected to your network:

  1. Sign in to the Internet Air web admin portal.
  2. Open Security and select Blocked Devices.
  3. Select Yes for Enabled Blocked Devices, if needed.
  4. Choose Add.
  5. Open the Client dropdown, choose the device to block, and select Add.
  6. Repeat as needed.
  7. Select Save.

Unblock devices

Want to remove a device from your blocked list? No problem. From a device connected to your network:

  1. Sign in to the Internet Air web admin portal
  2. Open Security and select Blocked Devices.
  3. Select the delete icon next to the device you want to unblock.
  4. Repeat as needed.
  5. Select Save.
