- Swipe down from the Notification bar and tap Settings.
- Scroll to and tap System, then AT&T Software Updates.
- Tap Check for Updates. Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the update.
Verify software update
- Swipe down from the Notification bar and tap Settings.
- Scroll to and tap System, then About phone.
- If the Software and Android versions don't match the current update; perform additional updates until they do.

- Visit Troubleshoot & Resolve to fix software update issues.
- After installing the software update, visit Troubleshoot & Resolve to fix any additional issues with your device or services.
