This device is available with 16GB of internal usable memory and the option to add a MicroSD card up to 128GB (sold separately). Download a cloud storage app from the Play Store. You can purchase a SD memory card to expand your device memory.
  1. CHECK MEMORY: From Settings, scroll to and select Storage. Available internal memory and portable storage memory space will be listed.

    Note: To access Settings, swipe down from the Notification bar then select the Settings icon.

  2. OPTIMIZE: Free up memory by deleting content such as images, music, videos, games and apps. Select the desired storage location. Navigate to, then select and hold the desired content. Select the Delete icon, then select OK to confirm.

  3. REMOVE OR FORCE STOP UNUSED APPS: From the Settings screen, select Apps & notifications > App info > desired app. From here you can UNINSTALL or FORCE STOP the app.

    Note: Factory installed apps cannot be uninstalled. Select Disable to disable background app usage and automatic updates.

  4. CLEAR APP DATA: From the desired app's App info screen, select Storage to CLEAR DATA or CLEAR CACHE.
