Set Up Voicemail

Set up voicemail, check messages, and change or reset password.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. From the home screen, select the Apps tray icon. 
    Note: Alternatively, you can set up voicemail by selecting the Phone icon, then selecting and holding the 1 key. If prompted, enter your voicemail password, then follow the prompts to set up your voicemail. If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.

  2. Scroll to and select the Visual voicemail app.

  3. Select NEXT.
    Note: Review permissions, then select ALLOW to continue through the prompts.

  4. Select ACTIVATE VISUAL VOICEMAIL.

  5. TURN ON MESSAGE TRANSCRIPTIONS: From the home screen, select the Apps tray > Visual Voicemail app > Menu icon > Settings > select the Transcription switch on.

  6. Voicemail is now ready to use.
