Our customers

AT&T connects millions of customers throughout the world. Our wireline services cover 22 states and feature broadband, long distance, and local voice, enabling people to communicate with the places and people who matter most. We provide wireless coverage in all 50 states. Our selection of revolutionary smartphones broadens our customers' connections even more by providing voice coverage in more than 225 countries, data roaming in over 210 countries, and 3G in 175+ countries. As we continue to break new ground and deliver new solutions, AT&T continues to focus on delivering the high-quality customer service that is a part of our heritage.

Our retail

AT&T operates more than 5,000 points of retail distribution including 2,000 company-owned retail locations. Retail locations are established in all 50 states and extend to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. More than 700 stores offer support in Spanish.

Our authorized retailers

We are looking for active business owners with ties to the local community. It's important that the diversity of our Authorized Retailers channel reflects that of the customer base we serve. The Authorized Retailers program is poised for aggressive growth, and we are actively seeking qualified business owners to help us reach our goals.
