If you are within the 14-day return period, you can ship the AT&amp;T Certified Pre-Owned device to us with a prepaid return shipping label. To request a return shipping label, contact us at 1.800.331.0500. Restocking fees may apply.&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; Your return must include the: 1.) AT&amp;T Certified Pre-Owned device with no physical damage (outside of normal wear and tear) or liquid damage; 2.) accessories packaged with the AT&amp;T Certified Pre-Owned device (if included with device); 3.) invoice; and 4.) original AT&amp;T packaging. AT&amp;T provides a limited 90-day warranty to the owner of an AT&amp;T Certified Pre-Owned device. The limited warranty covers malfunctions in the AT&amp;T Certified Pre-Owned device not caused by physical or liquid damage. &nbsp;The limited warranty runs for 90 days from the purchase date of the AT&amp;T Certified Pre-Owned device. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

The limited 90-day device warranty does not cover malfunctions in the AT&amp;T Certified Pre-Owned device caused by <a href="https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1000680">physical</a>&nbsp;or <a href="https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1000680">liquid</a> damage.

The limited warranty runs for 90 days from the purchase date of the AT&amp;T Certified Pre-Owned device. To make a warranty claim on accessories that came with your AT&amp;T Certified Pre-Owned device, contact AT&amp;T at 800.331.0500. AT&amp;T will replace a malfunctioned accessory with a like accessory at no cost if AT&amp;T approves your warranty claim. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
