As an AT&T Primary Account holder, you can treat employees to an email or voicemail subaccount at no extra cost.
How to create and manage subaccounts
Each subaccount that you create comes with its own email address and gives the individual access to the att.net homepage. Subaccount holders can manage Phone features, get product support, and chat with an agent.
Note: If you created a free AT&T email account after June 12, 2011, and you're not an AT&T Internet or DSL customer, you can't create subaccounts.
Important points to remember
Only the primary account holder can create and manage subaccounts.
You can't delete subaccounts, but you can disable them.
You can't change your primary account or subaccount user name, but you can set up an alias email address.
To manage subaccounts, you must sign in to myAT&T for Business. These tasks can't be completed within your email account or email client.
You can have up to 10 active subaccounts, and up to 20 total (active and suspended) subaccounts.
Subaccounts for anyone under the age of 13 require a few additional steps.
If you have more than one account, select the account you want to manage from the dropdown at the top.
Select Manage subaccount users.
Next to the subaccount that you want to change, select Disable. You can also Enable a disabled subaccount.
Note: If you don’t see Manage subaccount users, make sure that you’re signed in to myAT&T for Business with the primary account holder’s Member ID and password. If you’re signed in correctly and still don’t see Manage subaccount users, try clearing your cache and cookies and signing in again.
