Find your Customer Code

Your Customer Code is the three-digit number generated to add security to your account and is also used as a customer identifying method. This three-digit code immediately follows your phone number at the top of your paper bill.

To find your Customer Code online, do the following:
  1. Sign in with your user ID and password.
  2. Select View Profile icon from the top navigation area near logout button.
  3. Select Billing and Payment options.

Your Customer Code is the last three digits of the account number.
