If you do not remember if you already set up an AT&T online Account Management User ID and Password, try our Forgot User ID/Password link found on the Sign in page and follow the directions.
If your email address has changed since you registered or if you continue to have difficulties, contact us and describe the situation. Be sure to include as much information as possible: your billing telephone number, your AT&T Account Management User ID, your current email address, and any previous email addresses.
