Mistake while making an online payment

If your online payment has not yet been processed and is pending, you can delete it.

Delete payment

  1. Sign in to myAT&T for Business account and select Billing and Payments.
  2. Select Manage payment activity & options to see if the payment is pending.

If it's pending, there will be a Delete link next to it to cancel the payment. If there is no Delete link, either the payment has already been credited or has special handling.

If you made an online payment that was more than your bill amount and the payment has been processed and credited to your account, a credit will apply toward your next bill. Otherwise, contact us to obtain a refund.

If you paid less than your bill amount, you can submit another online payment to pay the remainder. If needed, select Make a Payment to make a new payment.
