Your Customer Code is the three-digit code that immediately follows your telephone number at the top corner of your paper bill.
To find your Customer Code online, do the following:
- Sign in with your User ID and password.
- Select Go to bill & payments.
- View current paper bill (PDF).
Your Customer Code is the last three-digits of the account number.
