With AT&T Business Phone, you can view a list of your most recent calls by date and time. You can sort your calls by missed, answered, or outgoing calls.
- Go to the AT&T phone portal. Sign in, if asked.
- Select Call History.
Your history shows either your last 100 calls or calls for the last 60 days. From here, you can:
- Manage contacts: Add callers as new or existing contact in your address book, block phone numbers from calling you again, and more.
- Search and sort: Sort by Date & time or Call type by selecting those column names.
- Download logs: Save your call history logs in XLS, CSV, or PDF file format.
