SERVICE REQUIRES: Minimum 12-month term commitment, AT&T local voice plan and DSL modem or router. Early termination fee applies. Customer must at all times maintain a local AT&T voice service. If the local voice service is terminated, the High Speed Internet Business Edition service will be automatically terminated, and early termination fees will apply. High Speed Internet Direct Business Edition Service does not require voice services. At the expiration of the contracted term, the current monthly rates are subject to change.
SHIPPING and HANDLING: A shipping and handling fee applies for AT&T-provided modem/router. Prices vary depending upon shipment method.
OTHER CHARGES: Additional $150-$200 charge will apply if technician install is required or requested on any Dynamic IP Plan. $200 technician installation charge applies to Static IP Plans without a term commitment.
After September 30, 2020, new orders, changes, moves and adds will no longer be accepted for the following twelve (12) states: Arkansas, California, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wisconsin.
EQUIPMENT REWARD CARD: Available with 12-month term commitment to AT&T High Speed Internet Business Edition or AT&T High Speed Internet Direct Business Edition. One reward card allowed per AT&T High Speed Internet Business Edition or AT&T High Speed Internet Direct Business Edition line. Customer's account must be current and in service for a minimum of 60 calendar days to be eligible for the reward card. Information about the AT&T Business Reward Center and reward card requirements will be sent by mail. Customers must complete the reward card process within 90 calendar days of AT&T High Speed Internet Business Edition or AT&T High Speed Internet Direct Business Edition reward notification mail date. The equipment reward card offer is valid in the following states: AR, CA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, OH, OK, TX, and WI. Reward cards are void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Reward cards may not be assigned, transferred or sold. Reward cards cannot exceed total purchase price of the AT&T modem or router.
Reward cards will be mailed to the customer's billing address within 4 weeks of completion of the online reward card qualification process provided the customer has met the 60 calendar day minimum service requirement. Reward card expires 6 months after issuance. No cash withdrawals allowed. AT&T is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or postage-due mail done to reward cards, or damaged caused by the U.S. Post Office. Reward card is offered by AT&T Internet Services and cannot be applied to other AT&T billing. Some customers may need to purchase additional equipment (for example: Ethernet card and/or cable). AT&T may provide refurbished modem or router.

® is available at no charge to customers who purchase AT&T High Speed Internet and High Speed Internet Direct services with downstream speeds of up to 3.0 Mbps or higher. For AT&T AT&T High Speed Internet and High Speed Internet Direct business customers who have a service with downstream speeds of up to 1.5 Mbps or lower, the AT&T Internet Security Suite is an optional service for only $5 per month.
