You can access your AT&T voicemail from your business phone, mobile device, or computer. Your voicemail box is protected by a numeric PIN that you enter to access your messages. You can reset your PIN online or on your phone.
Access voicemail from your business phone- Call *98 from your business phone.
Access voicemail from a non-business phone- Call your business phone number.
- Press * to skip the voicemail greeting, and then follow the prompts to listen to voice messages.
A
ccess voicemail by calling your access number- Call your access number from any phone, and follow the prompts.
To find your access number- Sign in to myAT&T for Business using your Member ID and password. If you don’t have a myAT&T account, register to establish your Member ID and password.
- From the Overview page, select (+) My Digital Phone card.
- Then, either:
- Scroll down to My Voicemail & Phone Features card.
- Select Check or manage voicemail & features.
Or- Select Manage my Plan from My Plan Card.
- Scroll to Features section.
- Select View and manage all AT&T Phone features.
- Select Phone Features.
- Under Call Forwarding, look for the 10-digit phone number following Forward to Voice Mail. That 10-digit phone number is your access number.
Note: Keep in mind that when calling into voicemail remotely, you may incur additional access charges for non-local calls, hotel services charges, or cellular charges.
Access voicemail from your wireless device- Call *98 from your business phone and follow the prompts to set up your Messaging mailbox. You can skip this step if you’re already using Messaging.
- Go to att.com/vmviewer to see if your wireless device qualifies for Voicemail Viewer.
- If Voicemail Viewer is available for your device, follow the installation instructions available on the website. Use your 10-digit business phone number and the 6-digit numeric PIN associated with your Messaging mailbox during the setup process.
- After you've installed the Voicemail Viewer app, open it to access your voicemail messages. (Standard data usage charges may apply.)
Note: Certain browser versions may not support the streaming message files. In these cases, download the message before playing it.
Change your PIN by phone- Call *98.
- When prompted, enter your voicemail PIN.
- Press 1 to change your PIN.
Access voicemail from the AT&T website using your computer- Sign in to myAT&T for Business using your Member ID and password. If you don’t have a myAT&T account, register to establish your Member ID and password.
- From the Overview page, select (+) My Digital Phone card.
- Then, either:
- Scroll down to My Voicemail & Phone Features card.
- Select Check or manage voicemail & features. The Voicemail logs will be presented there.
Or- Select Manage my Plan from My Plan Card.
- Scroll to Features section.
- Select View and manage all AT&T Phone features. The Voicemail logs will be presented there.
- A listing of your voicemail messages appears, and you can access your call logs, address book, phone features, and voicemail settings.
- To delete, move, or find more actions, including Call Forwarding options, select the buttons above the messages.
Access your voicemail using Voicemail Viewer on your computer- Call *98 from your business phone and follow the prompts to set up your Messaging mailbox. You can skip this step if you’re already using Messaging.
- Go to att.com/vmviewer to see if your computer qualifies for Voicemail Viewer.
- If Voicemail Viewer is available for your computer, follow the installation instructions on the website. Use your 10-digit business phone number and the 6-digit numeric PIN associated with your Messaging mailbox during the setup process.
- After you've installed the Voicemail Viewer app, open it to access your voicemail messages. Standard data usage charges may apply.
