eMaintenance supports the following Data services:
- AT&T Frame Relay Service
- AT&T ATM Service
- AT&T Frame Relay Plus Only Service
- AT&T Domestic, International1 and Local2 Private Line Service, including DS3 service
- AT&T International1 Frame Relay and ATM Services
- AT&T VPN Service
- AT&T INCS Service
- OCx Service (OC3, OC48, etc.)
[1] For AT&T International Services, the capabilities are restricted to ticketing and ticket status only; circuit testing and auto-referral cannot be performed.
[2] AT&T eMaintenance support for Local Private Line and PRIME Standalone services is available ONLY for those customers billed through the MARTIN biller. This means AT&T Local Service billed on an ABN, OneNet, or VTNS contract is NOT supported at this time.
