Say goodbye to the AT&T AllAccess app

The AllAccess app is going away on December 31, 2022. Instead, use its features and functionality directly from your device or at myAT&T.

INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
We hope you’ve enjoyed the benefits of the AT&T AllAccess app on your Android® tablet or Windows® PC. Starting in 2023, the app will no longer be available or supported. You’ll still be able to take advantage of the mobile hotspot feature on most Android devices and Windows PCs without needing a separate app. Plus, you can always check your data usage and view account notifications at myAT&T.

Use your device as a mobile hotspot

Most of our devices are capable of becoming a mobile hotspot, even after the AllAccess app goes away. To see if yours does, go to your device settings to try to turn it on. Here’s how:
  1. Go to your device Settings.
  2. Select Connections or Networks.
  3. Choose Mobile Hotspot and Tethering.
  4. Turn on your hotspot.
Don’t see a mobile hotspot or tethering option? You’ll have to upgrade to a device with this capability. Explore our current tablets and laptops

Monitor data usage

You can still monitor data usage with the myAT&T app or myAT&T online.
  1. Go to your Usage details. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Review your current data use.
