Here’s how to fix some common activation errors:
Invalid linked FirstNet User: This means your existing AT&T user ID is linked to a product that cannot be combined with a FirstNet ID. These include DIRECTV®, Cricket, AT&T Prepaid® mobile service, and AT&T Digital Life®. Try a different email address for your profile.
User ID Token mismatch: This means we can’t link your FirstNet ID with your existing AT&T user ID. Please register with a different email address.
Your User ID exists: You may be attempting to use an existing AT&T user ID to register as a new user. Return to profile creation and select Yes, I have an AT&T ID and follow the prompts to authenticate the account on att.com. Then, it will link to your FirstNet ID.
