Set up Face ID for myAT&T

Learn how Face ID gives you quick access to your myAT&T account info on your iOS device.

Enable the myAT&T app to use Face ID

FYI: Face ID and other facial recognition technologies are used as a layer of security for the app itself. The myAT&T app¹ still requires your user ID and password, which must be saved on your device for Face ID to work.

Make sure Face ID is already set up on your device.
Open the myAT&T app.¹
Tap Manage app settings.
Turn on Face ID. This setting only appears on compatible devices.
Follow the prompts to complete the process.

AT&T does not store your unique facial information in the myAT&T app.¹ We use the function that is included on your device.
