Get or update the AT&T ActiveArmor Mobile Security app

Android

AT&T ActiveArmor security works with Android® version 11 or higher. Don’t have the app? Download it from Google Play®

Update the app

Get the latest version to access to new features and improve app security and performance. You may get an alert asking you to approve permissions for the new features. If your app doesn’t auto-update, here’s how to update:

  1. Go to Manage apps & device.
  2. Select ActiveArmor security app.
  3. Tap Overview.
  4. Select See details.
  5. Tap Update to get the latest version.

FYI: You may get an alert asking you to approve permissions for the new features.

If Google Play is unable to install the update, you may need to clear the Google Play cache and data.

  1. Open Google Play, then Storage Clear Cache, and then Clear data.
  2. Reopen Play Store and try updating the app again.

Still can’t update the app? You can check for phone OS updates or get Google Play help from Google.

Apple

Update the app

Get the latest version to access to new features and improve app security and performance. You may get an alert asking you to approve permissions for the new features. To get an alert when there’s a new ActiveArmor app update:

  1. Open the ActiveArmor app.
  2. Go to My Device.
  3. Turn on System update check.
