If you hear enter your 10-digit voicemail box number when you call your voicemail, Customer Care can resolve the issue for you.

If the voicemail system prompts you to enter your 10-digit voicemail box number, contact Customer Care. You can:

Call 611 from an AT&T wireless phone.
