Get a new eSIM

If you deleted your existing eSIM, you can get a new one. From a web browser:

  1. Go to your myAT&T account overview. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Scroll to the devices on your account.
  3. Choose Manage wireless for the device that needs a new eSIM.
  4. Select Device options, and then Manage your SIM. (You won’t see this option if you don’t have an eSIM already.)
  5. Choose Get a new eSIM, and then Get started.
  6. Follow the prompts to complete your eSIM setup.

Get a physical SIM card

You can get SIM card kits at one of our stores, online through att.com, or from another online retailer. The kits come with three SIM card sizes. You can use it if you want to bring your own device to AT&T, or if you just need a new physical SIM.

 
For your security, only the account owner or retail authorized user can activate a new SIM card. Call us at 800.331.0500 or go to a store.

AT&T Prepaid

Have an existing AT&T Prepaid® account?

Pick up a replacement SIM card or eSIM activation card at one of our stores or from a non-AT&T national retailer. 

New to AT&T Prepaid? 
Order a new SIM online:

  1. Go to AT&T Prepaid BYOD.
  2. Choose your SIM card type: 
    • Physical SIM card (selected by default)
    • Get an eSIM activation card instead
  3. Select an AT&T Prepaid plan and complete the checkout process. 

We’ll ship your prepaid eSIM activation card to you (arrives within 3-7 business days). Use your phone to scan the QR code on your activation card and follow the prompts to activate.

FYI: Not sure if your device can use eSIM? Dial *#06# on your device. If you see an EID number, you can use eSIM.
