If your plan includes Rollover Minutes
®:
- Your Current Rollover Balance continues to age while your account is suspended. Any minutes that aren't used within 12 billing periods will expire.
- If your wireless service is suspended due to Federal Government transfer outside of U.S., your account won’t accumulate more Rollover Minutes during that time.
- If your account is suspended at a reduced rate for vacation, your account won’t accumulate more Rollover Minutes during that time.
- If you suspend service due to a lost or stolen device, customer request, or non-payment, your account will continue to accumulate more Rollover Minutes.
- If you temporarily cancel your wireless service due to military deployment, any accumulated Rollover Minutes will be lost. Your account won't accumulate more Rollover Minutes during that time.
