Suspend AT&T Prepaid service and block your device

Protect your AT&T Prepaid phone or device from unauthorized use if it’s lost or stolen.

Locate a device or suspend and block service

If you’ve lost your AT&T Prepaid® device or it’s been stolen, it’s possible to find your device using Global Positioning System (GPS1).

FYI: After you suspend service, you won’t be able to use GPS apps or add-ons to locate the device.

Report lost or stolen device

  1. Sign in to your AT&T Prepaid account.
  2. Go to My Device and select Report a Lost or Stolen Device.
  3. Chose one:
    • Report a Lost Device to suspend your service.
    • Report a Stolen Device to block your device.
  4. Follow the prompts.
