Return or exchange a new device or accessory

Learn how to return your device or accessory. You can get a refund or exchange it for a new one during the return period.

Get the device ready to return

Be sure to follow these instructions, or we may have to charge you the full cost of your device. Make sure you:

  • Turn off Find My device features and other security settings
  • Back up and transfer your personal info
  • Sign out of any cloud services
  • Reset the device to factory settings and delete your eSIM (if applicable)
  • Remove SIM cards, memory cards, and other accessories

Track your return
To track the status of your return, check your order history.

Exchange or return a new device

  • You can return or exchange a device during the 14-day return period. To start the process, contact us through online chat or 800.331.0500.
  • For 15 days or more, a refund is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty period.
