Check your installment agreement details

Learn how to find the installment agreement status for each device on your account.

Find your installment agreement details

  1. Go to your account overview. If you're prompted for a security passcode and you don't know it, learn how to reset your security passcode.
  2. Scroll to My devices.
  3. Find the device you want to check. You’ll see the remaining installments on the card.
  4. To see full installment details:
    • On a computer or tablet: Choose Manage device for the device you want to check, then See installment plan details. Last, select See installment plan history.
    • With the myAT&T app: Choose Installment details, then See installment plan history.
Heads up: Rate plan changes don’t extend the length of an installment agreement.
