If your device displays <strong>PUK2</strong> or <strong>PUK blocked call operator</strong>, then the wrong PUK code was entered 10 or more times in a row. The SIM card is blocked and must be replaced. <a href="https://www.att.com/contactus/index/wireless.html?tab=1" target="_blank" title="Link opens in new window">Contact us</a> to replace the blocked SIM card.<br>
