Make sure you have your:
  • User ID
  • Password for signing in
  • Passcode (if you added extra security)
Go to the myAT&T sign-in page and enter your user ID and password in the appropriate fields. Then select Sign in to access your account.

FYI: Signing in on your computer? You can also choose Sign in with the myAT&T app to use the myAT&T app on your mobile device to securely sign in. Just scan the QR code if it’s your first time or select your number to get an in-app notification if you’ve signed in this way before. Follow the app prompts to complete your sign in.
If you don’t have an ID for signing in, learn how to create a new user ID. When you create an ID, you also choose the account to manage online.
Yes. Enter uppercase and lowercase letters carefully. Check that Caps Lock is off when you are typing a password for signing in.
You can recover your ID or reset your password online. Go to Forgot ID or Forgot password and follow the prompts.
If you turned on extra security, sign in to myAT&T with your ID and password then select Forgot passcode. Follow the prompts to change your security passcode.
You may have more than one ID you use to sign in, so it’s important to keep your IDs straight. Learn how to manage multiple accounts with one ID.
If you want to view or pay your wireless bill and it is combined with your Internet, U-verse TV, or Home Phone bill, sign in with the ID that manages your Internet, U-verse TV, or Home Phone account.
  • The password is the same on att.com and currently.com.
  • If you change your password, it changes for both your user ID and your AT&T email address. Learn more about shared passwords.
