Just scan the QR code if it’s your first time or select your number to get an in-app notification if you’ve signed in this way before. Follow the app prompts to complete your sign in.

You can recover your ID or reset your password online. Go to Forgot ID or Forgot password and follow the prompts.
If you turned on extra security, sign in to myAT&T with your ID and password then select Forgot passcode. Follow the prompts to change your security passcode.

If you want to view or pay your wireless bill and it is combined with your Internet, U-verse TV, or Home Phone bill, sign in with the ID that manages your Internet, U-verse TV, or Home Phone account.
