General info about exchanging your accessory

  • Accessories purchased from AT&T stores or online are covered by a one-year warranty. To exchange, bring a valid proof of purchase to any AT&T store.
  • If an accessory has a lifetime warranty, you can exchange at any AT&T store with valid proof of purchase within the first year. After the first year, contact the manufacturer for warranty support.
