- Go to the AT&T phone portal. Sign in with your member ID.
- Select Call History.
Your Call History logs will display either your last 100 calls or calls for the last 60 days. From your log, you can:
- Manage contacts: Add callers as new contacts or to existing contacts in your address book, block phone numbers from calling you again, and more. To reach these options, select the icon to the right of any call and then choose from the menu options.
- Search and sort: Sort by Date & time or Call type by selecting those column names.
- Download logs: Save your Call History logs in XLS, CSV, or PDF file format.
Additional info
- You can’t delete call history from your account.
- You’ll have access to call logs after your first phone bill posts.
