Prices for retired FamilyTalk and Nation plans will increase beginning August 2024.

What to know

We’re increasing the monthly charge on our retired FamilyTalk® and Nation wireless plans. This change will allow us to continue to deliver the great wireless service you expect. Starting in August 2024, you’ll see the price change reflected on your August bill. If your monthly rate is:

  • $45 or less before taxes and fees, your monthly plan charge will increase by $5.
  • More than $45 before taxes and fees, your monthly plan charge will increase by $10.

The good news is your plan isn’t going away. You can continue to enjoy your existing benefits, including AT&T ActiveArmorSM mobile security.

Cancel your service

We understand that you may want to cancel your wireless service and we can assist you in reviewing your account. Call us at 800.331.0500 to discuss your cancellation options.

Have an installment plan on one of your devices?

  • Pay off the remaining installment plan balance and keep your device.
  • Call 800.331.0500 to return your device and waive any remaining installment balance. You have until October 31, 2024, to return you device and get your installment balance waived.

Have a business or government account? If you cancel your wireless service by October 31, 2024, you won’t be charged a cancellation fee.
