Stop unwanted calls with Call Protect

Block fraudulent calls, get spam call alerts, and filter your calls using Call Protect on your AT&T digital phone.


  1. Go to your myAT&T account overview. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Select Manage home phone on the My home phone card.
  3. Choose Manage phone features in Phone features.
  4. Select the account and then Continue.
  5. Scroll to Call Filtering and select Call Protect.1
  6. Follow the prompts to turn on Call Protect.

  1. Go to your myAT&T account overview. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Select Phone features card.
  3. Select the account and phone number that you want to use Call Protect for.
  4. Select Call Filtering and then Call Protect.
  5. Read and accept the Call Protect Terms & Conditions.
  6. Slide the Call Protect toggle to turn it on.

Good to know: Want to automatically block calls that have been reported as fraudulent? Select Manage Call Protect and slide the Fraud Auto-block toggle to ON.

Delete Call Protect history

To delete your Call Protect call history (up to 60 days of call logs), select the Clear history link above the list of calls. Then verify that you want to permanently delete your call history.
