Go to the User Permission Set up Wizard and select the features you’d like to assign to your subaccount users.

create a subaccount for the user you want to manage

After you’ve created a subaccount,
set up a voicemail box for the subaccount user
.
Set up voicemail user permissions for Digital Phone
Go to
User Permissions Setup Wizard

Check the box next to the subaccount user’s name for each group of features you want to assign.

Save
