When things go wrong, we’ll make them right. Learn how to sign up to protect your device against loss, theft, and damage.

How do I sign up for device protection?

Go to your myAT&T account overview.
Scroll to My devices and, for the device you want protected, select Manage my device.
Choose Manage add-ons. Have more than one device? Make sure the correct device is selected.
Select See add-ons I can get and then Device protection. We’ll show options available to you.
Select a plan and follow the prompts to finish up.

Device eligibility

You’re eligible to sign up for device protection within 30 days of service activation or device upgrade.

When you’re ready to add device protection, choose from:

AT&T Protect Advantage for 4¹
AT&T Protect Advantage for 1¹
Device screen repair and replacement deductibles

For each approved device replacement claim, you’ll owe a non-refundable deductible or service fee. The deductible amount you pay to replace your device depends on what kind of device you have. Check deductible amounts

Unlimited number of claims (Maximum device value of $3500 per claim)
$0 unlimited screen and back glass repairs²
Unlimited battery replacement

Protect Advantage for 1

Unlimited number of claims (Maximum device value of $3500 per claim)
$0 unlimited screen and back glass repairs²
Unlimited battery replacement
