Features in the Phone Portal

The AT&T Phone Portal is packed with practical, easy-to-use features. Use it to listen to messages, set up call forwarding, block calls, and more.


Access portal features

  1. Go to Account overview > My digital phone.
  2. Select My voicemail & phone features > Phone Features.
  3. Scroll to view each category of features:
    • Voicemail
    • Call Forwarding
    • Call Filtering
    • Feature Controls
    • Outgoing Calls
  4. To expand and access a setting, select the arrow on the left of the feature.
  5. Select Save after making changes.
