Use Call Forwarding features

These features are included with digital phone service and can be managed online under Phone Features. Toggle each feature on and off using the following star codes on your phone.

All Call Forwarding	Forward all incoming calls to another number.	Press *72, enter a forwarding number, then press #	Press *73#
Busy Call Forwarding	Forward all incoming calls to another number when your line is busy. Calls will be forwarded to voicemail if the call goes unanswered.	Press *90, enter a forwarding number, then press #	Press *91#
Exclusive Call Forwarding	Forward select phone numbers to another phone number or your voicemail.	Activate online	Press *83#
No Answer Call Forwarding	Send missed calls to voicemail or another phone number.	Press *92, enter a forwarding number, then press #	Press *93#
Safe Call Forwarding	Forward incoming calls to voicemail or another number in the event of a service disruption, such as a network or power outage.	Press *372, enter a forwarding number, then press #	Press *373#
