To add, update, and remove stored payment methods:
- Go to myAT&T settings. Sign in, if asked.
- Scroll to Payments.
- Choose Stored payment methods, then select:
- Edit to update a stored payment method. Enter your details and select Save changes.
- Delete to remove a stored payment method. Select OK to confirm removal.
- Add a new payment method and choose Add a bank account or Add a credit or debit card. Follow the prompts to finish up.
FYI: Don’t have your bank info handy? If your bank participates, you can use the pay with bank feature to sign in to your online bank account and retrieve your bank details.
