Get reminders when your payment’s due

Opt in for reminders that let you know if your bill due date is 5 days away and you haven’t paid yet.

Sign up for pay bill notifications

Good to know: We don’t send these reminders if you’re signed up for AutoPay.
  1. Go to Profile, then Communication preferences.
  2. If you have more than 1 account, select the account you want to update.
  3. In the Pay bill reminder section, select Edit.
  4. Use the toggles to update your notification status and follow the prompts. 
  5. Save your changes.

Heads up: Did you disable automated bill messaging with att.com/cmpchoice? If so, you may not get your notification if you choose Automated call for your reminder.

Get notifications on the myAT&T app

If you want to, you can have the myAT&T app1 send you a push notification when your bill is ready. You’ll see a badge on the app until you read the notification.

It’s easy. Just make sure you enable push notifications for the myAT&T app.1
