Add or remove accounts for your ID

Make sure you have all your IDs and passwords handy before you start. From a computer or tablet:
Once you complete the steps, we may send you a one-time code. Enter this code to finish linking the accounts.

FYI: You may have to sign out and then sign back in to see the new linked accounts for your user ID.

You can link some FirstNet accounts with other AT&T services. When you do, we’ll let you know that you have to keep your FirstNet user ID for all accounts. We may ask you to sign in with your FirstNet user ID if you’re currently signed in with a different one.

FYI: You can only link one FirstNet account to a single user ID. You can’t link additional FirstNet accounts to the same ID.

We suggest you download any account info you’d like to keep prior to removing the account. Learn how to:

You can’t remove FirstNet, AT&T Internet or, AT&T Internet Air accounts from your user ID.

FYI: You can’t remove combined accounts (multiple services on the same account number) or U-verse TV and AT&T Internet accounts if you have primary online access. You also can’t remove suspended accounts.
