Update your DIRECTV profile
On the Billing & Payments page, go to the Profile tab.
Select Change next to Recovery email, phone number, etc.
Click Next to confirm your ID.
Select the method to receive the one-time code and click Next. Note: if you do not have an email address or mobile number, click the chat icon at the bottom right of this page to chat with an agent.
Enter the one-time code in the following screen and click Next.
Review changes in the next screen and click Submit.
Heads up! You can use your recovery email to reset your password or find your user ID.
