Sign in to get your appointment details and get notified when your technician is on the way.

Get ready for your tech

We want your installation to be as stress-free as possible.

  • Make sure someone 18 or older is available for the entire installation. It usually takes about four hours.
  • Don’t cancel your current service until we install your new service.
  • The field tech will activate your service and show you how to use your new equipment.
  • Our field techs can’t move TVs or furniture, so make sure wall outlets and other areas are easy to access.

For traditional home phone or DSL service

  1. Go to att.com/repair.
  2. Choose Home Phone.
  3. Enter your home phone number and select Continue.
  4. Select Check Trouble Report Status.
  5. Sign in with one of the following to see your appointment details:
    • Your home phone number and the last four digits of the account owner’s Social Security number
    • The user ID and password on the account
