In July 2024, the AutoPay and paperless bill discount changed if you used a credit card as a payment type.
We reduced the monthly discount for accounts enrolled in AutoPay and paperless billing for wireless accounts that use a credit card. Changes started with your July 2024 bill if you continued using a credit card as your payment type.

If you have:
Want to get the highest AutoPay and paperless bill discount? Go to att.com/change, or call us at 800.331.0500, to update your payment type to a bank account or debit card.
Business account owners can go to att.com/myatt or att.com/premier to make changes to their payment type.
FYI: It can take up to two business days for your payment type to change. You can make a one-time payment if your bill is due within that timeframe. If you change to bank account or debit card for AutoPay, your payment may be drafted up to two days before your bill is due.
Want to continue using your credit card on file? No problem, you don’t have to do a thing. We’ll continue to process your payments as usual with the new discount for credit card as payment type.
Have an AT&T Points Plus® Card from Citi? You can still use your credit card and keep any existing Citi statement credits, but your AutoPay discount will be reduced.
We understand you may want to cancel your wireless service, and we can help you review your account. Call us at 800.331.0500 to discuss your cancellation options.
