On October 2, 2023, your AutoPay and paperless bill discount will go from $10 a line to $5 a line if you use a credit card to pay your bill.
We’re reducing the monthly discount for accounts enrolled in AutoPay and paperless billing for wireless accounts that use a credit card. The discount will decrease from $10 to $5 off per phone line.
You’ll see the change starting on your October 2023 bill if you continue using a credit card as your payment type.
Keep your credit card as a payment type
Want to continue using your credit card on file? No problem, you don’t have to do a thing. We’ll continue to process your payments as usual with a monthly $5 discount per phone line instead of $10 per line.
Have an AT&T Points Plus® Card from Citi? You can still use your credit card and keep any existing Citi statement credits, but your AutoPay discount will be reduced to $5 per line.
